Acesta fost \u00eembuteliat in 2018 \u00een ajun de Anul Nou. Ast\u0103zi putem spune c\u0103 vinul deacum \u201es-a odihnit\u201d dup\u0103 toate procedurile prin care a trecut \u0219i e gata s\u0103 ne ofere pl\u0103cere.<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6668 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/wine-and-spirits.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_8271-1.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8271-1\" width=\"760\" height=\"507\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wine-and-spirits.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_8271-1.jpg 760w, https:\/\/wine-and-spirits.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_8271-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wine-and-spirits.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_8271-1-585x390.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 760px) 100vw, 760px\" \/><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Prin ce se deosebesc aceste dou\u0103 vinuri?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Degust\u00e2nd Negre 2016, am observat c\u0103 se deosebe\u0219te de cel precedent \u2013 acesta este mai robust \u0219i mai expresiv, dup\u0103 p\u0103rerea mea. Despre ceea ce s-a schimbat in acest vin, ne poveste\u0219te directorul de producere al companiei Fautor, Croitoru Tatiana:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Am schimbat raportul compozi\u021biei cupajului. \u00cen primul a fost mai mult\u0103 Rara Neagra, iar in al doilea-Feteasca Neagra. \u00cen Negre 2015, aceast\u0103 compozi\u021bie ar\u0103ta astfel, 75\/25. Negre 2016, con\u021bine 70% Feteasca Neagra \u0219i 30% Rara Neagra. \u0218i s-au mai schimbat pu\u021bin condi\u021biile de maturare a acestui vin.Dac\u0103 Rara Neagr\u0103 \u0219i Feteasca Neagr\u0103 (roada anului 2015) au fost separat turnate \u00een butoaie din stejar francez Tonnellerie Sylvain, trei categorii de calitate (selection, tradition \u0219i reserva), \u00a0vinul din roada anului 2016 a fost maturat la fel \u0219ase luni, \u00eens\u0103 in cinci tipuri de butoaie.La cele trei tipuri utilizate anterior, s-au mai ad\u0103ugat barriq-uri gran- reserva de la acela\u0219i produc\u0103tor \u0219i barriq-uri din stejar american &#8211; de la alt produc\u0103tor. Acest lucru a permis s\u0103 ob\u021binem o palet\u0103 mai bogat\u0103 de componente pentru cupaj. Prima senza\u021bie \u2013 dulcea\u021ba fructelor negre de p\u0103dure. \u00cen buchet se \u00eempletesc arome de cire\u0219e \u0219i vi\u0219ine coapte,mure, coac\u0103z\u0103 \u0219i zmeur\u0103 de p\u0103dure, fiind fin eviden\u021biate de o not\u0103 de stejar nobil. Mai t\u00e2rziu, \u00een buchet apar note fine de condimente, printre care se eviden\u021biaz\u0103 piperul negru, \u0219i note de lemn ars( aici ne dau de \u0219tire butoaiele pr\u0103jite).<\/p>\n<p>La \u00eenceput se simte gustul de cirese uscate. Dup\u0103 saturarea cu oxigen, usc\u0103ciunea dispare, vinul devenind moale \u00een gust cu note de vi\u0219in\u0103. Post-gust lung, u\u0219or astringent cu nuan\u021be de s\u00eemburi de vi\u0219in\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Vinul este incitant, evoc\u0103 emo\u021bii \u0219i te umple de via\u021b\u0103!<\/p>\n<p>Negre, 2016 se combin\u0103 foarte bine cu bucate din carne, \u00eens\u0103 nu din pui, ci carne ro\u0219ie.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6669 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/wine-and-spirits.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Negre2-1.jpg\" alt=\"Negre2-1\" width=\"760\" height=\"760\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wine-and-spirits.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Negre2-1.jpg 760w, https:\/\/wine-and-spirits.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Negre2-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/wine-and-spirits.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Negre2-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wine-and-spirits.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Negre2-1-585x585.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 760px) 100vw, 760px\" \/><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Produc\u0103torul nu s-a a\u0219teptat<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>la un astfel de succes \u0219i la o a\u0219a cerere de Negre 2015 din partea consumatorilor.Nu a fost suficient pentru a satisface cererea pentru export \u0219i nici pentru pia\u021ba intern\u0103. Angaja\u021bii companiei str\u00e2ngeau r\u0103m\u0103\u0219i\u021bele de prin magazine \u0219i le d\u0103deau restaurantelor, care \u00eei rugau sa le mai g\u0103seasc\u0103 c\u00e2teva sticle pentru clien\u021bii lor.
