Acest vin face parte din celebra colec\u021bie a\u00a0vin\u0103riei \u201eCoju\u0219na\u201d, scoas\u0103\u00a0la v\u00eenzare<a href=\"http:\/\/wine-and-spirits.md\/kollektsionnye-vina-po-smeshnym-tsenam\/\">.<\/a><\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Imediat dup\u0103 r\u0103zboi!<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u201eCahor Ciumai\u201d este cel mai faimos \u201ecahor\u201d moldovenesc. A \u00eenceput s\u0103 fie produs \u00een 1945 (!) la vin\u0103ria-sovhoz \u201eCiumai\u201d din raionul Taraclia. Apari\u021bia lui la aceast\u0103 \u00eentreprindere se datoreaz\u0103 renumitului vinificator moldovean Feodosie Cucerenco, care, \u00een 1944, imediat dup\u0103 eliberarea Moldovei, a fost primul vinificator \u00een primul sovhoz din republic\u0103 \u2013 \u201eCiumai\u201d. De asemenea, el a elaborat brandul vinului de desert \u201eCahor Ciumai\u201d. Feodosie Cucerenco a fost primul dintre practicienii vinificatori care a devenit erou al muncii socialiste.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen gama vinurilor \u201eMoldvino\u201d, primul vin matur de calitate aprobat a fost \u201eCahor Ciumai\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La fabricarea acestui vin s-au folosit exclusiv struguri de Cabernet Sauvignon, care se maturizeaz\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 microzon\u0103. Con\u021binutul de zah\u0103r al boabelor a fost \u00eentotdeauna de cel pu\u021bin 200 g\/dm cub. Odat\u0103 cu \u00eenc\u0103lzirea climei, acesta, bine\u00een\u021beles, cre\u0219te.<\/p>\n<p>Este bine cunoscut faptul c\u0103 mustuiala pentru viitorul \u201eCahor\u201d se \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te. Dar am g\u0103sit o instruc\u021biune tehnologic\u0103 \u00een baza c\u0103reia este fabricat \u201eCahor Ciumai\u201d, care con\u021bine c\u00eeteva momente curioase. Se permite folosirea a 12-15 kg de struguri maturi la o ton\u0103 de mustuial\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mustuiala alcoolizat\u0103 este macerat\u0103 \u00een recipiente ermetice timp de 20-30 de zile, cu agitare \u00een primele dou\u0103 zile. Apoi mustuiala este presat\u0103, mustul este combinat \u0219i adus la starea necesar\u0103. La urm\u0103 gustul cu o not\u0103 de gem se p\u0103streaz\u0103 foarte mult.<\/p>\n<p>Pe etichet\u0103 s-a p\u0103strat inscrip\u021bia: \u201ePre\u021bul \u00eempreun\u0103 cu sticl\u0103 \u2013 4 ruble \u0219i 60 de copeici, zona a II-a \u2013 5 ruble\u201d (zona a II-a \u2013 regiunile de nord ale Rusiei). \u00ce\u021bi vine s\u0103 pl\u00eengi de nostalgie.
