Boabele au fost foarte dulci, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t, \u00een timpul ferment\u0103rii mustului, con\u021binutul de alcool a atins 14%, iar zaharurile de struguri n-au fermentat p\u00e2n\u0103 la sec. \u0218i s-a ob\u0163inut un vin cu zah\u0103r rezidual natural (demidulce).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nu se \u0219tie c\u00e2nd vom mai avea un astfel de vin, de aceea produc\u0103torul a hot\u0103r\u00e2t c\u0103 datorit\u0103 rarit\u0103\u0163ii acestuia ar putea fi atribuit la seria Perla Neagr\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u00a0Cum este vinul?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Alcoolul \u00eenalt nu este deloc resim\u021bit \u00een vin, deoarece cele trei componente ale vinului &#8211; zah\u0103rul, alcoolul \u0219i aciditatea &#8211; sunt bine echilibrate. Pentru a savura toate calit\u0103\u0163ile acestui vin, este mai bine s\u0103-l r\u0103ci\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 la o temperatur\u0103 de aproximativ 12-14<sup>\u043e<\/sup>\u0421.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5141 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/wine-and-spirits.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DV-perla2-1.jpg\" alt=\"DV-perla2-1\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wine-and-spirits.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DV-perla2-1.jpg 400w, https:\/\/wine-and-spirits.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DV-perla2-1-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Perla Neagr\u0103 Chardonnay, 2016 are o culoare galben str\u0103lucitoare, caracteristic\u0103 vinurilor dulci, cu luciu. Prima arom\u0103 e cea a florii de tei. Nuan\u0163ele florale cedeaz\u0103 locul aromelor de mere galbene, de caramel, coaj\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, \u00eens\u0103 mai pot fi u\u015for sesizate nuan\u0163e calde de fructe tropicale \u0219i scor\u021bi\u0219oar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Gustul este plin, armonios, cu dulcea\u021b\u0103 moderat\u0103, \u00een ciuda faptului c\u0103 este un vin demidulce. \u00cen asta const\u0103 avantajul vinurilor cu zah\u0103r rezidual natural, spre deosebire de cele produse din vin sec cu ad\u0103ugarea de suc concentrat \u00een vid. Zah\u0103rul nu preseaz\u0103 gustul, ci doar confer\u0103 moliciune \u0219i rotunjime vinului. Vinul m\u0103t\u0103sos se rostogole\u015fte \u00een jurul gurii, \u00eenv\u0103luind-o cu \u201esavoarea\u201d lui. Gustul revel\u0103 nuan\u021be de mere galbene \u0219i vanilie, iar \u00een postgustul \u00eendelungat se resimt mai mult nuan\u021be de vanilie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen opinia mea, acest vin se potrive\u0219te bine cu br\u00e2nzeturile &#8222;albastre&#8221;, precum \u0219i cu copturile de mere (turta de mere, \u015farlota, \u015ftrudelul de mere, pl\u0103cintele cu mere).<\/p>\n<h5><strong>De ce Perla Neagr\u0103?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 serie de vinuri a fost numita Perla neagr\u0103 deoarece perla neagr\u0103 este o mare raritate. Iar vinurile premium sunt deosebite prin caracteristicile lor.<\/p>\n<p>O legend\u0103 chinez\u0103 vorbe\u015fte astfel despre originea perlelor negre: \u00eentr-o zi \u00een ceruri s-a descins o lupt\u0103 teribil\u0103 \u00eentre dragonii \u00eenaripa\u021bi. Tot cerul era br\u0103zdat de fulgere str\u0103lucitoare, aruncate de dragoni, r\u0103bufneau tunetele, norii s-au str\u00e2ns \u0219i a \u00eenceput o furtun\u0103 puternic\u0103. A \u00eenceput s\u0103 cad\u0103 ploaia, pic\u0103turile c\u0103reia erau ni\u015fte perle. Pe fundalul alb al etichetei este redat\u0103 o perl\u0103 neagr\u0103, \u00een care pute\u021bi vedea un dragon, care respir\u0103 foc.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Despre compania\u00a0 Doina Vin<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong><em>Istoria ei \u00ee\u015fi are \u00eenceputul \u00een anul 1875, c\u00e2nd boierul polonez Dimanovici a pus vinurile din prima recolt\u0103 \u00een pivni\u021bele cramei din satul R\u0103zeni (ast\u0103zi apar\u0163in\u00e2nd raionului Ialoveni). \u00cen 1993 a fost \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103 compania Doina Vin. Din 1995, ea a investit \u00een plantarea viilor \u0219i \u00een echipamente noi. \u00cen anul 2000, compania a devenit unul dintre cei mai mari exportatori de vin din Moldova \u00een Europa de Vest, pia\u021ba principal\u0103 pentru produsele sale fiind Germania. \u00cen 2002, fosta fabric\u0103 sovietic\u0103 de vinuri a fost privatizat\u0103. \u00cen prezent, suprafa\u021ba podgoriilor companiei este de 200 de hectare. Doina Vin este orientat\u0103 spre export, iar in vara 2017 a revenit pe pia\u021ba intern\u0103 s\u0103 seduc\u0103 consumatorul local cu vinurile sale.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>P.S.<\/strong> Perla Neagr\u0103 Chardonnay, 2016 IGP Codru \u00een magazine cost\u0103 aproximativ 120 de lei. \u00cen total, au fost produse 20 de mii de sticle de acest vin. Datorit\u0103 con\u021binutului mai \u00eenalt de zah\u0103r \u0219i alcool, acesta se preteaz\u0103 bine p\u0103str\u0103rii. Cred c\u0103 peste un an-doi v\u0103 va surprinde pl\u0103cut.
