Pentru vinurile premium am ales acest nume de brand \u2013 Perla Neagr\u0103. O legend\u0103 chinez\u0103 vorbe\u015fte astfel despre originea perlelor negre: \u00eentr-o zi \u00een ceruri s-a descins o lupt\u0103 teribil\u0103 \u00eentre dragonii \u00eenaripa\u021bi. Accentul \u00een aceast\u0103 serie este pus pe amestecuri clasice ro\u0219ii, maturizate timp de un an \u00een butoaie de stejar. Primul vin a fost un cupaj de 3 soiuri Cabernet Sauvignon&amp; Merlot &amp; Pinot Noir din 2014. Dar, \u00een 2016 din struguri Chardonnay, recolta\u0163i t\u00e2rziu, a fost produs un vin subtil cu zah\u0103r rezidual.
