Timpul de p\u0103strare depinde de tipul vinului, dar oricum, \u00een toate condi\u021biile o sticl\u0103 deschis\u0103 nu se p\u0103streaz\u0103 mult timp, deoarece contactul cu aerul produce oxidarea vinului.<\/p>\n<p>De exemplu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vinurile spumante se p\u0103streaz\u0103 4 ore (f\u0103r\u0103 dop sau \u201dacoperite u\u0219or\u201d) p\u00e2n\u0103 la 24 de ore (cu un dop special);<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vinurile albe, rose \u0219i vinurile ro\u0219ii u\u0219oare pot fi p\u0103strate 1-3 zile;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vinurile ro\u0219ii \u0219i rose dense, pot fi p\u0103strate f\u0103r\u0103 dop p\u00e2n\u0103 la 5 zile;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vinurile dulci alcoolizate nu-\u0219i pierd caracteristicile lor timp de 7 zile.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0103strarea vinului \u00een sticlele deschise se recomand\u0103 numai \u00een frigider.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a prelungi durata de \u201dvia\u021b\u0103\u201d a vinului, se pot folosi c\u00e2teva trucuri:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Transfera\u021bi con\u021binului neconsumat \u00eentr-o sticl\u0103 mai mic\u0103, \u00een a\u0219a fel \u00eenc\u00e2t volumul lichidului s\u0103 fie c\u00e2t mai aproape de g\u00e2tul sticlei.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cenlocuirea aerului din sticl\u0103 cu azot sau argon (sunt gaze inerte). Chiar dac\u0103 treaba asta se face cu un dispozitiv special. \u00cen lipsa acestuia, se umple recipientul cu gaz \u0219i apoi se toarn\u0103 vinul \u00een recipient.<\/li>\n<li>Folosirea unui tub special pentru vidarea recipientului (evacuarea\/eliminarea aerului).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Aten\u021bie!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Chiar \u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd utiliza\u021bi aceste sfaturi, nu p\u0103stra\u021bi vinul pentru o perioad\u0103 lung\u0103 de timp ci consuma\u021bi-l \u00een cel mai scurt timp.
