Culoarea lemnului din interiorul butoiului indic\u0103 gradul necesar de ardere. Mul\u021bi vinificatori din Moldova spun c\u0103 stejarul crescut \u00een Moldova nu este suficient de dens, a\u0219a c\u0103 lor nu le plac butoaiele pentru vin confec\u021bionate din acest stejar. Este adev\u0103rat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>Acest lucru se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 dac\u0103 cei care au f\u0103cut butoaiele nu s-au uitat la inelele anuale de stejar \u00een timpul recolt\u0103rii lemnului\u201d, explic\u0103 sursa. Printre ace\u0219tia se num\u0103r\u0103 unii dintre cei mai buni produc\u0103tori de vinuri de calitate &#8211; \u201dChateau Vartely\u201d, de divinuri \u2013 \u201dVin\u0103ria Bardar\u201d, precum \u0219i micii vinificatori. Un baric clasic (225 l) de la \u201dEcoBare cost\u0103 350 de euro, ceea ce este mult mai ieftin dec\u00e2t cel din import.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centreprinderea produce butoaie de diferite capacit\u0103\u021bi. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 cele standarde de 225 l, mai sunt confec\u021bionate \u0219i butoaie de 5 l, 8 l., 10 l, 20 l, 30 l, 50 l, 100 l, 1000 l. \u00cen general, de orice capacitate, la comand\u0103. Butoaiele mici sunt cump\u0103rate, \u00een special, pentru cadouri.
