Soiul Viorica \u00eel \u021binem la temperaturi mai sc\u0103zute pentru ca \u00een arom\u0103 s\u0103 nu fie prezente nuan\u021be puternice de Muscat. Dac\u0103 temperatura de fermentare e mai ridicat\u0103, atunci nuan\u021bele de Muscat sunt mai pronun\u021bate. Fondatorul Castelului Mimi Constantin Mimi s-a n\u0103scut la Chi\u0219in\u0103u, \u00een Basarabia, dar el nu avea aici r\u0103d\u0103cini ad\u00e2nci. Prima arom\u0103 \u2013 floral fructat. \u00cen arom\u0103 \u2013 m\u0103r verde, par\u0103, coaj\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, cire\u0219e albe, coaj\u0103 de piersic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rieslingul de Rin \u0219i Pinot Gris se combin\u0103 foarte bine, deoarece au arome comune \u2013 pere \u0219i mere, care, \u00een unison, devin mai pronun\u021bate. Soiul Riesling se caracterizeaz\u0103 printr-o aciditate \u00eenalt\u0103, ceea ce soiului Pinot Gris \u00eei lipse\u0219te adesea, iar \u00een tandem rezult\u0103 un nivel optim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pu\u021bin mai t\u00e2rziu \u00een arom\u0103 apar note de citrice, se simte o nuan\u021b\u0103 floral\u0103.
