Primul nas este p\u00e2ine pr\u0103jit\u0103. Aroma are note de salc\u00e2m, coaj\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, m\u0103r, piersic\u0103 alb\u0103 \u0219i s\u00e2mburi de piersic\u0103 alb\u0103. Vin delicat, potabil, cu aciditate r\u0103coritoare. \u00cen postgust se simte s\u00e2mburele de cire\u0219e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen aceast\u0103 degustare, acest vin este preferatul meu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aurelius extra-brut rose<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Acela\u0219i vin de baz\u0103 a fost creat din Cabernet Sauvignon \u0219i Pinot Noir, dar u\u0219or mai dulce dec\u00e2t brut nature (5 g\/dm<sup>3<\/sup>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen arom\u0103 \u2013 se simte sirop de c\u0103p\u0219uni diluat, s\u00e2mbure de cire\u0219e, grapefruit, ardei dulce, o nuan\u021b\u0103 de gem de zmeur\u0103, adic\u0103 aroma este perceput\u0103 \u00eentr-un mod diferit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gustul &#8211; dulcea\u021b\u0103 u\u0219oar\u0103, pl\u0103cut\u0103, cu not\u0103 de c\u0103p\u0219uni, \u00eenlocuit\u0103 cu s\u00e2mburi de cire\u0219e \u00een postgust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aurelius brut rose<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i a treia \u00eencarnare a ansamblului Cabernet Sauvignon &#8211; Pinot Noir cu o cre\u0219tere a dulce\u021bei cu \u00eenc\u0103 un pas numit \u201ebrut\u201d: con\u021bine 10 g\/dm<sup>3<\/sup> de zah\u0103r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primul nas &#8211; fructe \u0219i fructe de p\u0103dure. Aroma con\u021bine din nou sirop de c\u0103p\u0219uni, parc\u0103 diluat pentru a nu fi prea dulce; nuan\u021ba spumei de gem de zmeur\u0103; s\u00e2mburi de cire\u0219e; dup\u0103 care o nuan\u021b\u0103 modest\u0103 de cire\u0219 negru \u0219i s\u0103lbatic \u0219i coaj\u0103 de grapefruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un gust moale, care a \u00eenceput cu o adiere de c\u0103p\u0219uni \u0219i zmeur\u0103 \u0219i s-a transformat rapid \u00een grapefruit. \u00cen postgust \u2013 s\u00e2mburi de cire\u0219.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest vin a devenit celebru dup\u0103 ce somelierul Daniel Frumusachi a deschis o sticl\u0103 de Aurelius brut rose, folosind metoda sabrage, \u00een timpul unui salt cu para\u0219uta \u00eempreun\u0103 cu instructorul. Rotim paharul: arome de floare de tei, miere de mai, trandafir, ananas, mango, iasomie, coaj\u0103 de citrice \u0219i nuan\u021be de ghimbir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gustul &#8211; gem de cire\u0219e dulci, care este \u00eenlocuit de un postgust lung cu un indiciu de gem de petale de trandafir.
