Totu\u0219i, la fel ca multe alte vinuri interesante, Minis Terrios Ice-wine, 2018 produs de Dan Prisacaru (SRL Familia mea) a ap\u0103rut dintr-o \u00eent\u00e2mplare.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu un an \u00een urm\u0103, el mi-a povestit c\u0103, din lips\u0103 de recipiente pentru vin, nu a reu\u0219it s\u0103 prelucreze strugurii la timp. C\u00e2nd i-a venit r\u00e2ndul s\u0103 plece de pe c\u00e2mp la vin\u0103rie, Cabernet Sauvignon-ul avea deja un con\u021binut ridicat de zah\u0103r. Perspectiva de a face din el un vin demi-dulce nu-i convenea lui Dan.
