Organiza\u021bia Interna\u021bional\u0103 a Viei \u0219i Vinului (OIV) expune a\u0219a defini\u021bie: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Sec \u2013 c\u00eend vinul con\u021bine nu mai mult de 4 gr\/l zah\u0103r sau nu mai mult de 9 gr\/l \u2013 c\u00eend nivelul total al acidit\u0103\u021bii (exprimat\u0103 \u00een grame de aciditate vinicol\u0103 la litru) \u2013 este cel mult cu 2 gr mai pu\u021bin, dec\u00eet con\u021binutul de zah\u0103r\u201d. <\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>(\u00cen RM se utilizeaz\u0103 ca unitate de m\u0103sur\u0103 decimetru cub, dar \u00een OIV \u2013 litru.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen\ndocumenta\u021bia normativ\u0103 moldoveneasc\u0103 g\u0103sim o defini\u021bie asem\u0103n\u0103toare.\nInteresant, c\u0103 nu demult, c\u00eend \u00een Moldova ac\u021biona Codul privind activitatea\npractic\u0103 a vinificatorului (\u00een anii 2002-2009), pentru vinurile seci ordinare se\nimpunea cerin\u021ba privind concentra\u021bia \u00een mas\u0103 a zah\u0103rului \u2013 4 gr\/ dm<sup>3<\/sup>, dar pentru vinurile seci de calitate superioar\u0103&nbsp; &#8211; nu mai mult de 3 gr\/dm<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dar mai dulci (cu\nexcep\u021bia celor licoroase)?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform cerin\u021belor \u00eenterna\u021bionale, <strong>\u00een vinurile demiseci<\/strong>, con\u021binutul de zah\u0103r este mai mare dec\u00eet \u00een vinurile seci, dar trebuie sa nu fie mai mult de 12 gr\/l sau 18 gr\/l, c\u00eend con\u021binutul total de aciditate vinicol\u0103 este stabilit\u0103 ca pentru vinurile seci. \u00cen regulamentul tehnic moldovenesc este precizat: \u201cnu mai mult de 18 gr\/ dm<sup>3<\/sup>, cu condi\u021bia c\u0103 aciditatea total\u0103, exprimat\u0103 \u00een grame de aciditate vinicol\u0103 pe decimetru cub, trebuie s\u0103 fie cel mult cu 10 gr mai pu\u021bin, dec\u00eet concentra\u021bia \u00een mas\u0103 a zah\u0103rului r\u0103mas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenainte, \u00een RM, Codul privind activitatea practic\u0103 a\nvinificatorului stabilea pentru toate vinurile lini\u0219tite demiseci normele\ncon\u021binutului de zah\u0103r \u2013 5-25 gr\/dm<sup>3<\/sup>,\nadic\u0103 vinurile demiseci puteau fi mai dulci dec\u00eet \u00een prezent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vinul se consider\u0103 <strong>demidulce<\/strong>\n\u2013 c\u00eend con\u021binutul de zah\u0103r este mai mare dec\u00eet nivelul maxim, stabilit pentru\nvinul demisec, dar nu mai mult de 45 gr\/dm<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar\u0103\u0219i, \u00een trecutul apropiat: vinul demidulce con\u021binea 30-80 gr\/dm<sup>3 <\/sup>de zah\u0103r. \u0218i denumirea de \u201cvin dulce\u201d \u00een clasificator nu exista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vinul e <strong>dulce<\/strong> \u2013 c\u00eend con\u021bine zah\u0103r mai mult de 45 gr\/dm<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu trebuie s\u0103 \u00eencurc\u0103m aceste vinuri cu cele de desert (\u00een present ele\nse numesc licoroase), deoarece \u00een vinurile licoroase se adaug\u0103 alcool de\nstruguri, dar vinurile obi\u0219nuite con\u021bin doar alcool natural, primit \u00een\nrezultatul ferment\u0103rii mustului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A nu se confunda cu\nvinurile spumante<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar \u00een categoria vinurilor spumante determinarea \u201csec\u201d, \u201cdemisec\u201d \u0219i \u201cdulce\u201d (\u201cdemidulce\u201d \u00een genere nu-i) dup\u0103 con\u021binutul de zah\u0103r se deosebesc considerabil de cele analogice din categoria vinurilor lini\u0219tite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219a dar, <strong>spumantul sec<\/strong> con\u021bine de la 17 p\u00een\u0103 la 32 gr\/dm<sup>3 <\/sup>zah\u0103r, <strong>demisec<\/strong> \u2013 de la 32 p\u00een\u0103 la 50 gr\/dm<sup>3<\/sup>, iar <strong>dulce<\/strong> \u2013 nu mai pu\u021bin de 50 gr\/dm<sup>3<\/sup>.
